The Board of Ingham County Road Commissioners met for a special meeting on Monday, November 26, 2007, at 5:30 P.M. The meeting was held in the Board Room of the Road Commission’s Austin E. Cavanaugh Administration Building located at 301 Bush Street, Mason, Michigan.

Present: Joseph A. Guenther, Vice Chair, and Shirley M. Rodgers, Commissioner.

Also Present: Sandra F. Montgomery, Interim Managing Director and Charles E. Blockett, Management Recruitment Consultant.

Absent & Excused: Larry R. Smith, Chair.

The meeting was called to order by Acting Chair Guenther at 5:30 P.M.

The Board held a community forum from 5:30 P.M. through 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of allowing the community to come in and meet the four candidates for the Managing Director position.

The meeting adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
