The Board of Ingham County Road Commissioners met for a special meeting on Tuesday, November 27, 2007, at 11:00 A.M. The meeting was held in the Board Room of the Road Commission’s Austin E. Cavanaugh Administration Building located at 301 Bush Street, Mason, Michigan.

Present: Larry R. Smith, Chair, Joseph A. Guenther, Vice Chair, and Shirley M. Rodgers, Commissioner.

Also Present: Sandra F. Montgomery, Interim Managing Director and Charles E. Blockett, Management Recruitment Consultant.

The Board met to conduct interviews with the four candidates for the Managing Director position.

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
