SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS

                   OF THE BOARD OF INGHAM COUNTY

                              ROAD COMMISSIONERS

 

                                                               FOR 2009

 

Regular meetings of the Board of Ingham County Road Commissioners are scheduled to be held every other Monday of the month, beginning Monday, January 19, 2009, starting at 6:00 P.M., unless the Monday falls on a recognized holiday, then the meeting will be held on Tuesday, in the Board Room of the Ingham County Road Commission’s Austin E. Cavanaugh Administration Building located at 301 Bush Street, P.O. Box 38, Mason, Michigan 48854.  The meetings shall be held on the following dates:

In the event of a special meeting, rescheduled meeting or cancellation of a regularly scheduled meeting, a notice of same will be posted at the offices of the Ingham County Road Commission at 301 Bush Street, Mason, Michigan, at least 18 hours prior to the time of the meeting or cancellation of the regular meeting and will be posted on the Ingham County Road Commission’s Internet Web Site at www.inghamcrc.org.

 

The Ingham County Road Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as interpreters for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting for the visually impaired, for individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon two (2) working days notice to the Ingham County Road Commission.  Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Ingham County Road Commission in writing or by calling the following:  Deborah L.
