SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF INGHAM
COUNTY ROAD
COMMISSIONERS FOR 2009 Regular meetings of the Board of Ingham County Road
Commissioners are scheduled to be held every other Monday of the month, beginning
Monday, January 19, 2009, starting at 6:00 P.M., unless the Monday falls on a
recognized holiday, then the meeting will be held on Tuesday, in the Board
Room of the Ingham County Road Commission’s Austin E. Cavanaugh
Administration Building located at 301 Bush Street, P.O. Box 38, Mason,
Michigan 48854. The meetings shall be
held on the following dates: January 20 (Tuesday due to
holiday) July 6 February 2 July 20 February 16 August
3 March 2 August
17 March 16 August 31 March 30 September
14 April 13 September
28 April 27 October
12 May 11 October 26 May 26 (Tuesday due to holiday) November 9 June 8 November
23 June 22 December

21 In the event
of a special meeting, rescheduled meeting or cancellation of a regularly
scheduled meeting, a notice of same will be posted at the offices of the
Ingham County Road Commission at 301 Bush Street, Mason, Michigan, at least
18 hours prior to the time of the meeting or cancellation of the regular
meeting and will be posted on the Ingham County Road Commission’s Internet
Web Site at www.inghamcrc.org. The Ingham County Road Commission will provide necessary
reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as interpreters for the hearing
impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting
for the visually impaired, for individuals with disabilities at the meeting
upon two (2) working days notice to the Ingham County Road Commission. Individuals with disabilities requiring
auxiliary aids or services should contact the Ingham County Road Commission
