Tina Henry is the Finance Director for the Ingham County Road
Commission. The Finance Department is responsible for all accounting
and financial matters of the Ingham County Road Commission. It provides
general accounting services for all divisions of the Road Commission, makes
payments to contractors and suppliers, collects payments due the Road Commission,
prepares all employee compensation, purchases parts and supplies, keeps
track of all assets of the Road Commission and handles the computer equipment
and programs. There are four employees in the Finance Department.
The Finance Department is responsible for providing
information for various annual reports including the audit, the Act 51
Report and the Road Commission Annual Report. It conducts the annual inventory
of parts, equipment and materials. Revenue projections and expenditure
figures for the annual budget are tabulated by the Finance Department.
